Los beb\u00e9s y los ni\u00f1os peque\u00f1os, las personas sin hogar, personas que trabajan al aire libre y los que tienen problemas de coraz\u00f3n o enfermedades respiratorias est\u00e1n entre las personas en riesgo, dicen los funcionarios.<\/p>\n<p>Durante dichas alertas se hace un esfuerzo adicional para ayudar a las personas sin hogar salir de las calles e ir a los refugios.
