Actualmente, se encuentra a unos 430 metros al noroeste del sitio del aterrizaje.<br \/>\nUn d\u00eda lunar equivale a unos 14 d\u00edas de la Tierra y una noche tiene la misma duraci\u00f3n.<br \/>\nLa sonda, alimentada por energ\u00eda solar, cambia al modo de suspensi\u00f3n durante la noche lunar.<br \/>\nDurante el 27mo d\u00eda lunar, la c\u00e1mara panor\u00e1mica del rover tom\u00f3 fotograf\u00edas en color de rocas lunares y cr\u00e1teres de impacto.
