Un ni\u00f1o falleci\u00f3 este viernes y su abuelo result\u00f3 gravemente herido tras ser atropellados por dos veh\u00edculos en Mississauga el jueves.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

La Polic\u00eda Regional de Peel inform\u00f3 que ambos se acababan de bajar de un autob\u00fas e intentaban cruzar la calle cuando fueron atropellados por una camioneta SUV blanca que circulaba en direcci\u00f3n sur por Millcreek Drive, cerca de Erin Mills Parkway y Britannia Road, poco antes de las 5 p.m.<\/p>\n

La fuerza del impacto los lanz\u00f3 contra un Volkswagen que circulaba en direcci\u00f3n norte, atrapando al ni\u00f1o debajo del veh\u00edculo.<\/p>\n

Vecinos corrieron a auxiliarlos, pero cuando llegaron los agentes, el ni\u00f1o, de aproximadamente 12 a\u00f1os, no ten\u00eda pulso.<\/p>\n

La polic\u00eda le practic\u00f3 RCP y logr\u00f3 reanimarlo. Finalmente, fue liberado y trasladado de urgencia a un hospital junto con su abuelo para una cirug\u00eda de emergencia.<\/p>\n

Este viernes, la polic\u00eda confirm\u00f3 su fallecimiento.<\/p>\n

El abuelo, de unos 60 a\u00f1os, permanece en estado cr\u00edtico. Las autoridades informaron que ambos conductores involucrados en el incidente permanecieron en el lugar y est\u00e1n cooperando con la investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
